How do I create an account?

Download Aura from the App Store, open the app, and follow the onboarding steps. You'll verify your phone number, set up your profile, record a voice intro, and add photos.

How do Pod Dates work?

Pod Dates are timed voice conversations with your matches. You'll hear each other's voices before seeing photos. After the call, you rate the connection and decide if you'd like to continue.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Aura Premium subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, find Aura, and tap Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from within the app by going to Profile, then Settings, then scrolling down to "Delete Account." You can also request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected]. All your data will be removed within 30 days.

How do I report someone?

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can report a user directly from their profile or from a chat conversation. Tap the menu icon and select "Report." Our safety team reviews all reports promptly.

I'm having a technical issue. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, make sure you have the latest version installed. If it still doesn't work, email us at [email protected] with a description of the problem and your device model.
